Community Outreach
The Sadler Family is proud to support several local causes. Whether it's through their own non-profit organizations for causes they are passionate about or supporting other local groups when asked, the Sadlers enjoy giving back to their community, bringing attention to important issues, and helping those in need.

The Hermie and Elliott Sadler Foundation
The Hermie and Elliott Sadler Charitable Foundation is dedicated to raising autism awareness while also supporting initiatives that improve educational opportunities for all children and their families. The Foundation provides support to projects that share the ideals and concerns of the Sadler family.
For the Love
of Sam
For the Love of Sam is a non-profit organization that was started by Missi Sadler to save and network animals in need.

The Giving Pump
The Giving Pump program is part of Shell's Force for Good initiative and is one way local site owners and wholesalers are giving back to local communities! A portion of the proceeds from gas pumped at specially marked purple pumps benefit local children's charities of our choice. Sadler Brothers Oil Company is proud to support Families Embracing Autism Together (FEAT) and The Bailey Center for Special Needs in South Hill.
The Halie Dru Sadler Scholarship
In 2018, the family of Halie Dru Sadler, a person with autism spectrum disorder and Brunswick Academy alumna, created a $1,000 annual gift that would be awarded to the Brunswick Academy senior who best exemplifies kindness, selflessness, compassion, inclusion, and acceptance towards others—all qualities her family feels Halie embodies and teaches to others. Since Halie’s diagnosis in 2001, we have watched her overcome so many obstacles and have seen her transition from a nonverbal toddler to the social butterfly we all know and love.
